Condensation - 2008 Dehumidifier, mirror window showcase, water bottles, sound, eight speakers Format variable Photo: Dominic Tyler Courtesy Frieze, London For Frieze Projects 2008, Tue Greenfort presented a sound installation exposes the cycle of water at the fair in a chamber installation between gallery stand: While inside a darkened room filled with the sound of waves breaking on climbs, dehumidification equipment imperceptibly extracted moisture from unsuspecting visitors. The condensate body water was refilled on used PET water bottles as the ones sold during the art fair. The refilled bottles were exhibited in a showcase next to the sound chamber entrance. The installation is both, a space to relax and - literally - a distillation of the essence of visitors to the fair.
