Within the exhibition ‚Fresh and upcoming' (2002, Frankfurt am Main), Tue Greenfort installed a switch onto a street lamp. As soon as the lamp was turned on by the city, people could switch it off and on as needed or wanted. The switch created the opportunity to save energy and provided the individual with a control in public space which is normally held by the governmental institutions. Tue Greenfort also showed this work in 2007 for "Internationale Lichttage " in Winterthur, Switzerland.
