The work Did I Miss Something is an outdoor installation of a fountain construction in a lake of a public park. On the shore of the lake, a bench is positioned. When reclining on the bench, the visitor triggers an enormous, jet of water which shoots up in the air out of the lake. When the fountain stops its activity the instant the visitor leaves the bench, he or she perceives this powerful impact on the environment. Producing this effect on the surrounding landscape makes for a startling and almost frightening experience.
